What is the Discovery Call for?

It is a 20-minute conversation to explore what you are navigating, answer any questions you have about the work, and see if working together feels like a good fit. There is no obligation at the end of the call.

What should I expect in my first session?

Your first session always begins with a conversation. We talk about what you want to shift, what you have already tried, and what success looks and feels like for you. Nothing begins until you feel ready and comfortable.

Do you work virtually?

Yes. All sessions are available virtually via a secure video call. Select services are also available in person. You will receive all the details after booking.
