MY STORY

What Brought Me Here

I know what it means to navigate life when the ground shifts beneath you.

My story began in Mexico, where I grew up surrounded by family, community and the simple lessons that often come from watching the women around you navigate life.

At fifteen, I left home. There was love in my family, but there were also things happening within me that I didn't yet know how to understand. Leaving brought its own kind of pain, I missed my family, and I learned early how to keep moving even when I didn't have all the answers.

A couple of years later I ended in the US, among language barrier, culture barrier and with no family, eventually I learned a new language, a new culture and a completely different way of life. I adapted. I worked. I built a family. I became a mother and took on new responsibilities and learned who to keep going through whatever the next season brought... but life keeps changing.

There was a season when I had to start over once again, rethink who I was and find my footing again.

My breast cancer journey became one of those defining chapters, So did other personal changes and transitions that asked me to look at my life differently.

Somewhere along the way, I discovered something that changed the way I understood myself: we don't have to wait for life to become easier before we begin changing how we meet it.

I became even more curious about what happens within us. I began learning , exploring and investing in myself. That eventually led me to coaching, NLP, TIME Techniques, EFT, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and other practitioner training.

I didn't come to this work only from a textbook. I came to it through my own life, and Revamping Lives grew from that journey.

Today I work with women who are navigating change, standing at a crossroads, or simply feeling that there is more within them to explore. I don't believe we have to become someone else to move forward, sometimes we simply need the space to remember what is already within us and discover what comes next.

Life doesn't happen in a straight line

We change. Circumstances chance. Relationships change

What once felt right can stop fitting and sometimes the person we thought we were becoming is no longer who we want to be.

That's where Revamping Lives began.

I wanted to create a space for women who are navigating those seasons of change and wanted to explore what comes next, not from a place of becoming someone else, but from a deeper understanding of themselves.

Because change happens every day.

Sometimes the next chapter begins by looking within.

HOW I WORK

I believe meaningful change begins Within

My role isn't to tell you who you should be or what your life should look like. It's to create space for you to explore what you're experiencing, what you want and what you may be getting in the way of moving forward.

I listen, I ask questions. I notice. I offer perspective and when appropriate draw from the practitioner tools I've trained in to support the process.
